About the Position & Company

Production Manager for bag and accessory division of cut and stitch facility
Reporting to Senior Management
Cut & stitch operations
Established and respected company
Supplying in-house brands as well as OEM accounts to international markets

About the person

Min 5 years direct management of garment / bag production line
Experienced in managing production to planned standard allocated hours & efficiency targets and output targets
Understanding of all aspects of production from lead-time, cutting, printing & assembly
Understands margins, cost and profit
Capacity planning knowledge
Line balancing via efficient production layouts and minimising waste and downtime
technically competent
Fluent mandarin and acceptable english skills
Computer skills especially excel 举报 分享
