深圳招聘

工作职责：

1. 独立负责本行业客户委托的招聘项目，并具体推进、执行，完成年度业务指标。

2. 分析客户需求，对委托职位进行深入理解及定位，寻猎、选拔、推荐适合的候选人。

3. 与客户沟通，了解客户需求信息，提供招聘方案与计划；

4. 全面负责人才的搜索、面试、评估、筛选及推荐候选人以及后期的薪资谈判、背景调查；

5. 与客户和候选人保持良好关系，了解市场动态，寻找和挖掘业务信息，进行业务拓展。。

职位要求：

1. 专科及以上学历，1年以上工作经验

2. PMC,跟单，质量管理，计划，项目管理，采购，外贸及电话营销相关从业经验者优先,或者高科技行业人力资源经验优先。

3. 有很强的学习能力，高度的责任心和职业操守;

4. 良好的语言沟通能力、人际交往能力;

5. 个性开朗热情活泼，有很强的团队合作意识；

6. 能够承受工作压力，具备独立的发现、分析及解决问题的能力；

薪资说明：

固定的保底薪底+不封顶的月度绩效奖金+根据个人能力不同的高提成比例+超额奖金+各种现金奖励+假期奖励，每年2-3次的职位晋升与工资提升，专业的培训。

底薪：4000-8000/月，高提成，多元化奖金
