For our Healthcare Division in SHENZHEN,we are looking for a (SSMR)(MR)Facility Electrical Specialist/厂务电气专家.

What are my responsibilities?

- Responsible for operation management and maintenance of the 10KV and 0.4KV H/L voltage power distribution system in the plant. 厂区10KV，0.4KV/高低压配电系统运行管理与维护

- Conduct associated contract management to assure contract is performed effectively/执行相关联的合同管理确保合同的有效实施

- Conduct proactive preventive maintenance management for responsible systems to make sure the effectively operation of the systems/执行责任范围内的各系统的前瞻性预防维护管理，确保各系统的有效运行

- Conduct project management for assigned project to realize optimized project plan with reasonable project cost on time./对分配的项目实施项目管理，实现项目方案优化，以合理的项目成本按时完成项目

- Support EHS SRE related work, Support HVAC engineer for elevator and HVAC system management from electrical aspect/支持EHS与SRE相关工作。从电气角度支持HVAC工程师进行电梯及空调系统管理。

- Conduct fire system management with the the support of HVAC engineer to realize fire system at normal status/在HVAC工程师的协助下执行消防系统的管理，确保消防系统工作在正常状态下

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Bachelor with major in electricity or electronics/电气或电子本科毕业。

- Minimum 5-year management role experience in facilities management in the field of electronics related system (such as power supply, security systems, crane etc.)/至少5年以上厂务电气相关系统的管理工作经验（如：供配电系统、安防系统及行车等）。

- Good at understanding electricity drawing, good command for electricity management principles/ 能熟练的看懂电气图纸，对电气管理原理有较深刻的理解。

- Basic command for EHS requirement and AutoCAD application/对健康安全卫生有基本的知识，会用Auto CAD。

- Good command for verbal and written communication skills in English/较强的英语口语和书写能力。

Business result-oriented and good communication and interpersonal skill/以业务目标为导向，良好的人际沟通能力。

- Positive attitude, out-going personality, hard-working, self-motivated, open-minded, proactive, accountable/态度积极，性格外向，努力工作，自我激励，开放沟通，具有前瞻性，有担当。
