职位描述：
1、 The new suppliers’ development, assessment, audit and launching, especially for the material of Flash Drive Storage. strictly control the evaluation of the suppliers in order to use the qualified suppliers. Forbidden to cooperate with the unqualified suppliers; To select the suppliers which can keep the steadily materials with the reasonable price by the stronger management of the suppliers; Strengthen the inquiry, comparison, and negotiation, keep developing the market of the materials supplying, in order to find the most favorable material/assets for the company.
进行供应商的开发、评估、稽核、导入工作，尤其是存储芯片类供应商的资源开发，严格把关对供应商资质的评审工作，确保公司导入优质的供货商，杜绝与空壳公司合作，加强对供应商的管理与沟通工作，确保货源充足，供货稳定，偶有异常可调整采购策略。不断加强针对供应商询价、比价、议价的工作，积极开拓物资市场，货比三家，选择物美价平的物资材料。

2、 Be responsible for the survey of the original material market （main task is for the material of Flash Drive Storage）, to collect, clarify and report the up to date information in order to adjust the purchasing strategy and minimize the external risk for the company.
负责原料市场行情的调查(主要针对存储类芯片物料)，动态咨询的收集、整理，及时上报，以便调整采购策略，减少因外部风险而带来生产损失。

3、 Be responsible for the purchasing contract, to control the product’s quality, timing, payment. The invoice and the payment application’s follow up.
负责部分采购合同的签订，控制产品质量条款，督促合同正常如期的达成，并催付所欠、退款及索赔事宜。负责发票的收集、货款的申请及跟进工作。

4、 Cooperate with the external annual audit of IS9000/14000/QC080000/FSC and other similar audit.
配合公司年度IS9000/14000/QC080000/FSC等相关的外审工作。

5、 Cost down Plan follow up.
降低成本计划跟进。

6、 Other necessary tasks assigned by the supervisor.
完成上级安排的其他临时性工作.


Qualifications:
任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree, major in electronics engineering will be advanced.
大学本科，电子工程专业类优先；
2. At least 3 years storage /chip suppliers development or purchasing experience; working in Electronics Industry, be familiar with the circuit, the market of chip & electronics material of USB; be familiar with the big suppliers of IC/MEMORY CHIPS; working experience on FPCA/PCBA, integrated circuit chip will be preference.
3年以上存储芯片类供应商开发或采购工作经验；从事电子行业，熟悉电路，芯片及USB产品及电子物料市场；熟悉各大品牌芯片的供应商资源（IC/MEMORY CHIPS）； 有从事FPCA、PCBA、集成电路芯片开发经验者优先。

3. Be strong in data analysis, negotiation, planning and coordination.
具有很强的数据分析能力、谈判能力、统筹规划能力和沟通协调能力。

4. Good at English Listening, speaking, reading and writing, CET-6.
具有英语六级CET-6证书，听、说、读、写流利。

5. Be familiar with ERP/SAP, Office software.
熟练操作ERP/SAP软件，Office 办公软件等。

6. Team spirit to cooperation, can work under big pressure.

公司在惠州惠阳拥有制造组装工厂，同时在南山蛇口设有研发办公室。

薪酬福利情况(工厂)：
1、工作制为5天8小时，加班费按照劳动法计算。所有一线员工、技能工人等实行QR奖金及绩效奖金政策,收入水平远高于市场水平。
2、每月12号准时发放工资，进厂即按劳动法要求购买社保，住房公积金；

3、享有国家法律/法规规定的法定节假日以及带薪年假、产假、丧假、工伤假等。

4、生活娱乐设施健全，厂区设有：有篮球场、兵乓球室，桌球室、员工活动休闲吧及培训活动中心等，业余康乐活动丰富多彩；
