职位描述：
MaxLinear is looking for highly-motivated, self-driven software quality assurance and developer engineer to Software Integration and Test team in Shenzhen, China.
The candidate will execute varieties of test cases of both software integration and system test for home networking solution. Additionally, the candidate will engage in developing test cases and automating test scripts.

Responsibilities:
- Execute test cases, find and report software bugs to developers and validate the fix of bugs
- Work with US and China engineering teams to complete the tasks.
- Identify the existing test scripts, present improvement to the coding and create new automated scripts independently
- Participate in the analysis of signaling or data transmission for home networking solution

Requirements (need to meet minimum six items below):
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in embedded software development using C language
- 3+ years of experience in test of Ethernet, VoIP, IPTV or Mobile communication
- Good skill in C programming ability, have experience in other language like Tcl, Python
- Understand the processes of the software quality control
- Excellent problem analysis and solving ability, with great passion to handle the complex issues.
- Good understanding of Linux kernel/driver mechanism, an experience in debugging Linux kernel/driver issues will be a plus.
- Have experience with RF measurement equipment, Spectrum analyzer, Network analyzer, protocol analyzers
- Good communication skill in English (this position needs to have meeting with US team to discuss technical issue/task) 举报 分享
