Responsibilities:
岗位职责：

1. Assess local market conditions, identify current and prospective logistic opportunities and develop forecasts, financial and technical objectives and logistics business plans for projects.
评估当地市场状况,确定当前和未来的物流机遇和发展预测,计划财务和技术目标和物流业务项目。
2. Participate on preparation of logistics costs and eventual proposed logistics solution for further bids.
参与编制物流成本,并最终为进一步提出物流解决方案。
3. Direct and supervise all logistics operational aspects of the project to include distribution operations, customer service, vendors supplied human resources and administration in a manner that supports reaching and overcoming the set logistics targets.
指导和监督所有项目的物流操作方面包括分销业务,客户服务,供应商提供人力资源和政府支持的方式以达到物流目标。
4. Set up and manage logistics process in line with Processing Trade requirements.
结合贸易需求进行物流管理。
5. Direct and supervise PT Book process during the whole PT Book life-time(establishing, maintenance, closing and reconciliation).
指导和监督整个PT书的过程 (建立、维护、关闭与调节)。
6. Provide training, coaching, development and motivation to bring out the best in each project logistics team member.
提供培训、辅导，激励每位员工在团队中展现最好的一面。
7. Oversee project logistics costs management.
监督项目物流成本管理。
8. Assist to project management in developing project logistics objectives, and also in formulation policies and budgets.
协助项目管理在发展中项目物流目标,以及制定政策和预算。
9. Communicate effectively with other departments by sharing information on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs.
在有效实践、竞争情报、商业机会和需求方面和其他部门进行有效的沟通和信息交流。
10. Address any logistics issues promptly.
及时解决物流问题。
11. Manage the project logistics honestly, follow high ethical standards and comply with all government regulations.
诚信管理项目物流,遵循高道德标准和所有政府规定。
12. Ensure the safekeeping of company assets, including structures, equipment, inventory and cash.
确保公司资产的安全,包括结构、设备、库存和现金。
13. Evaluate regularly the effectiveness of the project logistics operation, to see that policies are being observed and that goals are being attained.

14. Take prompt corrective action as needed.

15. Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required.

1. Zhuhai company to provide work lunch, centralized bus ride;
2. Logistics Supervisor into the project by the project group after consecutive weekly examination, examination unqualified or within one month of 2 failed the examination, the project group has the right to require the replacement of personnel.
