岗位职责:
1.处理好与客户、代理和业务的关系
2.熟悉空运操作流程
3.能独立完成货物进、出口操作
4.整理相关文件、记录
5.处理突发事件

岗位要求：
1.要求有2年以上的海运或空运客服经验
2.大专或以上学历
3.英语四级及以上
4.能熟练运用办公软件
