岗位职责:

1. Early involvement in project.
2. Communicate with customer, and product designers to understand how the product works and production test requirements
3. Design a test plan (What & How) and introduce the test specifics to the customer and the rest of the test team (ATE & Fixture, etc.).
4. Perform DFT.
5. Lead the project test team.

6. Speaks English well.
7. Understands Cpk, GRR, six-sigma concepts.
8. Responsible & Accountable.
9. Experience with ATE – though not necessarily a coding expert.
