Required competency:
- College degree or above
- 3-5 years of working experience in logistics company.
- Good command of written and oral english, at least CET 4 or the same english capability
- Good team work and can well coordinate wthin team
- Be familiar with the general export procedure from doc tache to OP tache
- Problem shooting and solving capability
- Can work under great pressure


Job description:
- To be the key contact window to client
- Supervise and share experience with other operation and documentation
- Customs Service function
- Billing checking and control
- Contact with whs and broker to solve the problem
- Direct handle simple destination claim
- Make sure 100% comply with the SOP and other stipulated on doc
- Work closely with the warehouse to implement client requirement if applicable
- Other work assigned by team leader.
