工作职责：
1、 完成公司医务室的常规工作，包括：工厂临床医疗、消毒隔离、清洁卫生、疫情报告及卫生宣教等工作；
2、 对工厂职员工的常见病进行诊疗及工伤处理，健康知识及安全知识的宣传及培训。
3、 各种常见病、多发病的治疗，一般病人的诊治、清创缝合，及时做好危、重病人的转院工作；
4、 为员工提供医学咨询，并就所有医疗相关问题提出建议
5、 为员工提供健康咨询和心理辅导。
职位要求：
1、 三年以上大型企业厂医工作经验或医院临床工作经验，有医师资格证优先考虑；
2、 熟悉医疗救治的基本操作，能够独立进行一般伤病处理；
3、 具有良好的工作主动性、沟通协调能力和良好的专业技能。
