职位描述：
This function is required to perform detailed design validation of new products and to ensure ongoing conformance of existing products to customer expectations.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.Development and execution of design verification and validation test plans.
2.Development of comprehensive and safe test methods to fully evaluate new engineering designs, along with the impacts of design changes to current products.
3.Verify new and existing products to product and module specifications.
4.Ensure that adequate and functional test equipment is specified, calibrated, and used correctly in the validation process.
5.Test and validate conformance to real-world applications by simulating customer configurations and orientations that employ customer sources, signal timings, controllers, involving multiple projectors used for edge matching, blending, stacking, etc. and using 3rd party interfaces as necessary
6.Identify all design related problems/discrepancies through detailed analysis of product, modules, and customer related product literature.
7.Record all problems reports in defect tracking database
8.Ensure that all reported problems are managed, and effectively resolved prior to acceptance of engineering designs.
9.Once products are verified and released, ongoing monitoring of product quality after release to manufacturing.
10.Assist the technical training group with training materials and training prior to product launch.
11.For major new product introductions assist in benchmarking with competitive products.
12.Ensure that work is completed on a timely basis, and adhere to issued schedules.
13.Monitor reliability testing of products in life test.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
?Participate in engineering design reviews and team meetings.
?Report technical and quality problems/discrepancies from the design validation process and request problem resolution.
?Maintain accurate records and notes including the retention and control of design validation records.
?Design and build specialized test equipment and software as required.
?Be able to operate advanced test equipment such as signal generators, logic analyzers spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, data acquisition systems, and optical measurement equipment.
?Remain informed of existing product changes and incorporate those changes into training materials as necessary.
?Verify that engineering documents include pertinent document control information per Quality System documentation.
?Keeping up to date on the intended use and applications of our products through visits to customer sites etc.
?Keep up to date on latest technical requirements of this position.
?Keep up to date with related industry technology and products available on the market.
?Work effectively with others maintaining co-operative team relations.
?Solve technical and quality problems regarding design validation process with minimum delay to schedules.
?Provide feedback of technical issues on Christie products to appropriate Christie personnel (Quality, Engineering, Product Management.)

Required Experience, Qualifications, and Education:

1.A degree or diploma in Computer Science
2.Experience in Software Quality Assurance Testing
3.Knowledge of software development lifecycle and various means of software testing strategies
4.Solid troubleshooting and analysis skills with attention to detail and quality
5.Experience in using defect tracking and test management tools
6.Good writing skills are essential to generate written instructions.
7.Experience in developing and implementing systematic test plans as well as writing detailed reports.
8.Effective interpersonal and communication skills are required.
9.Individual must be computer literate, and be capable of operating the following classifications of software: Word Processor; Data Base Manager; Drawing Program; Spread Sheet Program;RS232 and IEEE communication test software; Christie specific enterprise applications (Agile, SharePoint, etc.), as required. 举报 分享
