职位描述：
岗位职责:

·Set posts and clarify job responsibilities of the Finance team
·Lead the training and assessment of finance team. Improve the professional qualification of the finance team.
·Implement and monitor all financial rules & regulations. Reduce the cost of operation.
·Participate long-term strategies and investments, analysis and decision-making of important activities, checking of major contracts & agreements.
·Audit and measure risks of tax & legal and take effective precautions. Conduct reasonable tax planning to reduce the tax burden of the companies.
·Organize to develop annual budget and other forecasts. Hold meeting regularly to analyze & control the budget progress.
·Audit finance reports and analysis. Reveal the potential business risks and support the decision making of management board.
·Monitor and predict cash flow. Develop reasonable cash plan to meet the cash request of daily operation and investments.
·Coordinate closely with related parties, to fulfill the business development plan of the Leuze group.
·Maintain the good relationship with Bank, Auditor, agent, Government and other external parties.

任职资格:

·Bachelor degree with major in Finance or Accounting.
·Professional accounting qualification; CPA or CTA preferred.
·Must be possessing good spoken and written in English. German would be an advantage
·Well-organized and detail -oriented personality
·Good and effective communication with other departments and with Germany HQ
·Accounting and Finance Process experienced
·Good knowledge of the ERP process, system and technologies
·IT knowledge
·Familiar with China GAAP and Germany accounting GAAP
·Familiar with the Chinese tax law and local regulations
·Minimum 10 years financial working experience within a complex WOFE structure
·Overseas study experience is preferred.
