主要工作职责 Major responsibilities
1. To source, evaluate and bring onboard the best engineering service suppliers available in the market in terms of cost, quality of service and time of delivery;
2. To conduct performance review (KPI) for related suppliers and following up with suppliers for corrective action plan;
3. To manage and track all PR/PO status to ensure timely and accuracy of PR/PO completion;
4. To communicate and follow up with vendors for vendor setting up, activation, and system maintenance;
5. To communicate and follow up with vendors for PO closing;
6. To assist team leader in preparing related contractual paperwork and ensure properly and timely PO releasing;
7. To assist team leader in preparing related contractual paperwork and ensure properly and timely PO releasing;
8. To assist team leader in tracking progress, align with user department to ensure and verify deliverables/scope of work meet our requirement/PO schedule for major and long lead time projects
次要工作职责 Minor responsibilities
1. To handle other works assigned by team leader

2. Cost saving/reduction
3. New supplier development
4. New method and new technologies in strategic sourcing and purchasing
任职要求 Qualifications
1. 基本要求Basic Qualification
1.1 教育程度 Education: Bachelor or above.
1.2 工作经验 Work Experience:
1. 5+ year experience in global sourcing/procurement with Non-production purchasing
2. Preferred global automobile OEM or direct supplier (Tier 1).
3. Be familiar with indirect materials, services, consulting , outsourced labors and R&D projects
4.
1.3 英文（书面及口语）English(Written & Oral): Fluent.
1.4 计算机能力 Computer Skills: SAP, Oracle, Excellent Microsoft toolset (PPT, Excel...)
2. 其他要求 Other Requirement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork spirit, proactive, recognize the company values.
- Able to drive cost down and make subjective evaluation;
