Job Requirements
? Develop solutions in support of key customer accounts in China by working directly with customers and field support teams
? Designing and developing software drivers, libraries and applications in support of new PIC32 and SAM 32-bit products and business initiatives
? Create application notes and getting started documents that help customer product development.
? Develop and present training material for Microchip Field Application Engineers and Microchip customers
? Travel to meet with customers, make technical presentations, and provide technical support.
Qualifications
? The candidate should have a minimum B.E. in Electrical/Electronics Eng. or Computer Science(preferred) and minimum 5+ years of related embedded 32-bit microcontroller experience
? Must have experience with programming in embedded C and assembly program languages. Must have very good understanding of software development processes.
? ARM and/or MIPS Architecture knowledge and experience with RTOS, USB/Ethernet stacks and Embedded Graphics development including driver development and debug is preferred
? Knowledge/experience in system hardware design - power management, clock/reset, memory/storage management, and various inter-chip communication interface/protocol/timing and firmware development and debug is strongly preferred
? Ability to communicate well in both written and verbal forms.
? Candidate must possess a proactive and ownership attitude in support of customers and problem solving.
