职位描述：
Fully own China Training and people Development program.

1.Understand and analyze the business model and requests, and design the yearly training road map.
2. Making yearly training and development budget and well control the cost.
3. Design and follow up people review and people development plan.
4. Own the management succession plan.
5. Well facilitate and organize the training and related activities/event

Reqirements:

1.Knowledge in HR policies, laws and regulations
2.Knowledge in Human Resource Management
3.Knowledge in PC as power point, Excel, Word and etc
4.Open minded; Team Player; Quick Learner
