职位描述：
Key Job Functions:

? Support SZX Branch’s recruitment, training and assistant on staff retention.
? Support staffing including but not limit to new staff onboard, orientation, probation review, contractual renewal and separation etc., processes and assistant on employee relationship maintenance
? Prepare various HR reports
? Manage and update various HR systems
? Other job tasks assigned by line manager


Basic skill level requirements:

? College Degree or above
? Mandarin and English proficiency
? Computer literate
? 2 years above of relating work experience in HR field
? Experience with HR system operations and good numerical sense
? Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties and willing to work under pressure
? Able to work under stress to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks. 举报 分享
