职位描述：
Responsibilities:：
1. 作为项目经理或项目副经理带领团队为区域经济、产业发展，旅游开发、新城开发、旧城改造和土地运营等项目类型提供专业咨询服务；
As a project manager or sub-project manager to lead the team completes the consultant work of the Regional economic/Industry development/tourism development/New town development/City Regeneration /Land-based development, etc.
2. 能独立完成项目区域宏观经济、产业政策、旅游经济、旅游市场、案例等相关基础研究；
Researching work in Regional Macro-Economic, Industry policy, market, cases issues
3. 作为项目经理、或项目副经理协助项目经理完成项目组织管理等工作。
Project management, or assist in project organization and management as a sub-project manager


Requirements:
1、 区域经济、产业经济、人文地理、旅游管理、房地产等相关专业硕士研究生以上学历，3-5年类似从业经验；
Master degree in regional/Industry economics/geography/tourism, with 3-5 years relevant work experiences.
2、 有国内著名地产咨询、五大行地产咨询从业经验者优先考虑。
Relevant experiences in leading domestic or international real estate consulting firms(especially CBRE/ DTZ /Colliers/JLL/Savills）.
3、 强烈的责任心，求知欲，适应于高强度、项目运作型的工作环境；
A strong sense of commitment, a willingness to learn more and a desire to work in a dynamic, deadline driven team environment.
4、 具备出色的语言沟通和写作能力（中英文听说读写）；
Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin and English essential. Excellent communication and writing skills are a must.
5、 具有较强的办公类软件使用技能；
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office essential. 举报 分享
