职位描述:
1、 Based on company’s development strategy and deep research in running market to create development strategy of running category.
2、 Based on Company’s business plan, to create annual working plan and category KPIs, and follow up the execution.
3、 Responsible to build up model store of running category in nominated store, establish a sustainable business model and retail standard, and then spread to all INTERSPORT stores;
4、 Manage category retail team in model stores, fully involved into daily store management, continue improving in retail process, work mode, visual communication in order to enhance consumer’s shopping experience. Lead the team to achieve category sale and profit KPIs.
5、 Analyze and report category performance of whole INTERSPORT China, make improvement action plan and follow up to make sure the execution.
6、 Deeply involved into running community, cooperate with local running clubs, KOLs, runners, for innovative and cool marketing activities; responsible to establish store running club and organize regular running activities and seminars.
7、 Cooperate with merchandising team, from assortment planning to product management, merchandising effectively to boost sales and manage a healthy inventory meantime. Give feedback and advice to assortment/pricing policy/marketing plans.
1. 根据公司战略发展方向以及对跑步市场的深入研究,确定品类经营策略;
2. 根据公司的运营目标,制定品类年度工作计划和目标,并跟进执行。
3. 负责在指定店铺打造特色品类样板店,建立可持续发展的品类经营模式和规范的零售管理标准,并推广至全部店铺;
4. 管理品类样板店的零售团队,深入开展店铺日常管理工作,通过不断完善零售运营流程、工作模式、视觉传播等提升消费者体验,带领团队达成品类销售和利润等KPI目标。
5. 对公司整体跑步品类的经营状况进行分析和汇报,提出改进方案,并监督执行。
6. 深入跑步社群,发掘各区域内的跑步社团、KOL、资深跑者等,整合资源,开展有趣的、有创意的营销方案,建立店铺的跑友俱乐部,定期组织跑步和讲座等活动;
7. 与商品团队深入合作,从品类规划,品牌品相管理,对商品资源进行有效营运,促进销售业绩,同时保证合理库存。对产品结构、价格政策、促销方案等提出反馈和建议。
? A real runner with great passion in running, regular training for long run and participant of marathon.
? Deep involved in running community, familiar with running events.
? Good understanding of retail business, sensitive with figures.
? Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
? Good organizational skills, team leader and player.
? Warm, helpful, ambitious and outgoing personality with good team spirit
? 3 and above years store/retail management experience in running brands or running specialist stores. Experience in sport marketing is a great advantage.
? Bachelor's Degree in retailing, marketing or sport related.
? Able to read and write in English.
? 3年及以上的跑步品牌/品类/跑步专营店铺的零售管理经验;
? 本科学历,零售、市场或体育相关专业。
? 英文能读写。
? 热爱跑步运动,固定进行长距离跑步训练,参加马拉松比赛。
? 深度参与跑步社群,熟悉跑步赛事和跑圈动态;
? 了解运动零售生意,对数字敏感;
? 较强的分析能力,沟通能力;
