Job Duty

l Maintain and develop Microsoft Windows Server and Exchange 2010 server; carry out IT security and network management

l Provide support & troubleshooting on firewalls and networking products such as routers, switches, VPN gateway, etc.

l Assist in Windows and Mac OS platform maintenance and development

l Handle daily health check to assure system quality and performance

l PABX, CCTV, FAX system support

l HVAC control in server room

l Perform trouble-shooting on systems and networks

l Engage in project activities & do procedure documents write-up

Requirements

l Able to communicate in written and spoken English and Chinese

l Good interpersonal and communication skills

l Degree holder in Computer Science / Information System or related discipline

l Network / server troubleshooting skills and At least 3 years related experience is preferred.

l Good communication skills
