Responsibilities:
? Provide tactical support in managing quotes for China customers on internet purchase(mchpDIRECT).
? Optimizes margin by ensuring the correct price is quoted.
? Provides other information (LT, incoterm term, MOQ, etc) as required by the ODM to place their order.
? Conducts extensive research in the Model N price quote system and coordination with field sales and customers.
? Maintains accurate quote records in Model N for reporting purposes.
Job Requirements :
? Degree holder in Business administration or related discipline.
? At least 3 years experience in sales/marketing/customer service related field.
? Experience in Semiconductor industry preferred.
? Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs specifically Excel and Word.
? Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
? Excellent organization skills.
? Knowledge of BAAN order entry system preferred.
? Knowledge of Model N price quote system preferred.
? Must be service oriented.
