JOB ROLE
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for implementing and managing Human Resources Development Process for the company, with emphasis on KPI Operations, Recruitment, Training Development, Performance Management, and Succession Planning. The candidate should possess a basic understanding of local China labor laws, employment regulations and practices. Fourstar Group is looking for a team player with exceptional communication and problem solving skills, who is forward thinking and capable of working autonomously and efficiently.

The ideal candidate should employ a flexible attitude and process-driven work style that embraces problems and challenges to produce valuable and innovative improvements to processes that consistently drive enhancement to the Human Resources Management System.

This role will be based in Shenzhen, China.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management position, support management in target and transformation strategies and translate these into appropriate action steps such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, engagement, retention and development programs
- Identify recruitment channels, select and recommend candidates to meet business hiring needs in the most effective and efficient way; establish program, policy and process to develop leaders and key associates so that there are succession plans in place for business critical roles
- Maintain active and effective communication with employees
- Coordinate labor relationships and labor disputes
- Responsible for the collection and organizing of Annual Appraisals for further evaluation
- Responsible for the daily management of all Mainland China HR Departments
- Responsible for the management of the HR Department internal organization
- Time management and multi-tasking under strict deadlines
- Develop manpower plans and ensures they are consistent with each department operating needs
- Establish and improve the group's corporate and subsidiaries HR management systems, employee relations, development, and training system, including salary review, personnel records management system, employee handbooks and other rules and regulations
- Prepare and analyze management reports to assist management in strategic planning and business decisions
- Develop annual/quarterly recruitment plan, establish and improve recruitment and hiring processes; regularly coordinate with all departments on recruitment and development plans and needs; assist in deploying retention initiatives to facilitate talent development and retention

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources
- Required language(s): Chinese, English
- Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in Human resources, in which 2 years in managerial role
- Based in Shenzhen, China with flexibility to travel
- Skilled with MS Office Suite, Particularly PowerPoint and Excel, and MS SharePoint

主要职责
- 管理职位,负责其功能领域内主要目标和计划,制定、参与或协助上层执行相关的政策和制度
- 执行招聘、甄选、面试工作,建立后备人才选拔方案和人才储备机制
- 保持与员工进行积极有效的沟通
- 协调劳资关系,处理劳动争议及纠纷
- 负责绩效考核评分的组织和汇总工作
- 负责管理集团在大陆地区所有人事团队
- 负责人力资源内部的组织管理
- 优质的时间管理及多任务进程管理
- 拟定人力资源需求、开发、配置计划及各部门人员编制计划,审核各部门人员配置情况
- 建立完善的集团及下属企业人力资源公共关系管理体系、组织制定公司招聘制度、培训制度、薪酬考核制度、人事档案管理制度、员工手册等规章制度、实施细则和工作程序,并组织实施
- 对人事资源状况进行分析,为人事决策提供建议和信息支持;负责工作分析、岗位说明书与定岗定编调整改善工作,提出机构设置和岗位职责设计方案,对公司组织结构设计提出改进方案
- 制定年度/季度招聘计划,建立和完善招聘流程和招聘体系;定期与各部门沟通招募需求并制定招募计划

基本工作须求
- 人力资源相关专业,大学专科以上学历
- 语言要求: 中文,英文
- 五年以上人力资源工作经验,其中两年为人力资源管理者职位
- 工作地点: 中国深圳,需配合出差安排
- 熟练使用常用办公软件 MS Office Suite,尤其PowerPoint、Excel,MS SharePoint ,及网络应用
