职位描述：
Within the targets set by the Manager Logistics Management, the Customs declaration performs the following tasks:

- Receive Customs declaration request from other department or person;
收集来自其他部门和人员的物流需求；
- Select right trade mode for declaration according to the business background;
根据业务背景选择正确的贸易模式报关；
- Figure out declare parameters according to Customs regulation. For example: Chinese name; specification; Tariff code etc.;
根据海关规定制作报关文件，如中文品名、规格、税则编码；
- Operate EDI; QP; E-port and others Customs systems;
操作EDI、QP、Q-pass等海关报关系统；
- Operate LTS ERP systems;
操作LTS相关管理系统；
- Coordinate with Customs; Inspection and Quarantine department and Agent for any import/export activities;
进出口业务中能很好地协调海关，检验检疫部门和货代；
- Clarify any issue or deviation on behalf of company for import/export business;
进出口业务中能代表公司解释问题和处理差错；
- Trace and update customs status, update the relevant information into the ERP system
及时跟踪报关状态，更新相关信息进ERP系统；
- Maintain parameters and documentations of Customs declaration in ERP system; manage data and documents under customs regulation and LTS quality system
在ERP系统里维护海关报关数据, 按照海关的规章和公司的质量体系管理相关的数据和文件；
- All behaviors; activities; operation should be complying with international trade regulations, customs regulations and company compliance requirements
    所有的行为、业务活动和操作必须遵守相关国际贸易、海关和公司的规章制度
- Other project or task assigned by department leader;
