Job Description：工作描述：
1.Junior college diploma or equivalent
大专或相关文凭。
2.A minimum of five (5) years of craft-related experience
至少5年以上相关工作经验。
3.Knowledge of the principles and theories of air conditioning and refrigeration such as the refrigeration cycle, chiller water station, heat transfer laws, the use of refrigerant tables
熟悉空调、冷库等制冷原理和系统，冷水机组，暖通规范，常用制冷工艺参数。
4.Ability to calculate airflow and pressure-temperature characteristics
具备气流流量和压力、温度参数计算能力。
5.Ability to maintain and support critical environments to support cGMP drug production following CFDA guidelines
具备维护和支持洁净区域环境管理能力，以保证日常药品生产遵循CFDA和相关GMP规定。
6.Knowledge of installation, operation, maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems
具备换热系统、通风系统、空调系统和制冷系统安装、操作、维护和维修能力。
7.Ability to read and interpret instructions, blueprints, and work orders as related to biopharmaceutical industries
具备阅读医药工业相关设计说明、蓝图，和相关工作指令的能力。
8.Maintains and writes standard operating procedures related to HVAC operation and repairs
负责维护和编写空调系统操作和维修SOP。

Detail Requirements具体任职要求：
1.Proven experience as an HVAC mechanic more than 5years
5年以上空调技工工作经验。
2.Experience in industrial and/or commercial air condition and HVAC systems more than 5years
在商业或工业暖通通风系统工作经验5年以上。
3.Demonstrable ability to use hand tools to drawing and understanding of HVAC drawings and blueprints
具备手工绘图或理解空调系统图纸和蓝图的能力。
4.Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines，Experience with construction safety practices
熟知安全程序和地方法规指南具备施工安全措施经验。
5.Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
具备极好的判断能力和问题解决能力。
6.Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts and overnight
良好的健康条件可以使用倒班工作和夜间工作。
7.Diploma in relevant vocational training or successfully completed apprenticeship as an electrician
具备电工证或相关的职业训练或相关培训。
8.Background in biopharmaceutical or related industry
生物医药或相关领域工作背景。
9.Knowledge of CFDA regulations and practices a plus
具备CFDA法规和认证经验优先。
