职位描述：
1. 充分了解并严格遵守与岗位所相关的法规、政策以及操作流程规定的操作或销售合规要求。
2. 根据部门内部条线和职责分工，切实了解并遵循与任职岗位有关的所有风险管理相关法规要求和内部风险管理政策及流程；在履行岗位职责的同时担负银行风险管理框架赋予相应业务条线的风险发现、风险管控的责任。
3. 指导新客户尽职调查及开户流程，对客户相关资料准备工作及上门见证等需求提供支持。
4. 辅助客户经理为借款客户建立和激活额度，担保品或质押物的维护,确保所需资料完整；对于客户放款需求提供必要支持；并协助客户经理对放款后的后续工作（如还款，效期，自主支付资金流向等）实施有效跟踪和维护。
5. 在总行战略指导下，积极参与业务流程改进和优化，提供高效高质服务，提升客户体验和满意度，促进业务增长。
6. 与总行各业务部门和客户经理紧密合作，确保客户服务方案综合有效实施。
