Position Summary:
The Product Owner is creating the vision of the product together with internal customers and communicates the vision to the Devolopment Team. He/she owns the poduct backlog and constantly priorises the item on the list.
Business savvy is very important for the Product Owner because he or she is the decision maker regarding what features the product will have. That means, the Product Owner needs to understand the market, the customer and the business in order to make sound decisions.
Job Responsibilities:
？ Owns 2-3 Projects
？ Build up and maintain Product Backlog
？ Create Product Vision and Roadmap
？ Create project reports
？ Priorize Product Backlog to maximize Business value
？ Clarify open question on Back log item with the SCRUM Team

？ Interface between Stakeholders and SCRUM Team
Basic Qualifications:
？ Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in engineering, informatics or similar
？ Good knowledge of product management methodologies
？ 4+ years of experience in agile project management, preferably SCRUM
？ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local language
？ Quickly adresses issues in a proactive, solution-oriented mannar
？ Business savy
Preferred Qualifications:
？ Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
？ Project Management Certification (PMI, IPMA)
？ Technical knowledge of audio systems in Consumer and/or Automotive area
Eligibility Requirements:
？ Willingness to travel.
？ Willingness to work in an office.
？ Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and
