职位描述 Responsibilities
1. 执行会计制度要求，结合公司总部的核算要求，负责应付账款的核算等，并确保核算工作准确性
  Implementation of accounting system requirements, combined with the accounting requirements of corporate headquarters,
    responsible for accounts payable accounting, ensure the accounting accuracy
2. 公司国内外供应商发票审核、入账、支付的核对.
    Domestic and foreign suppliers invoice auditing, bookkeeping, accounting for payment
3. 公司，材料采购相关费用的审核、入账、支付的核算.
   Company，material procurement costs associated with auditing, bookkeeping, accounting of payment
4. 内部往来、其他应付款和大额费用报销的核算.
    Internal transactions, Other creditors and large expense reimbursement accounts
5. 维护和确保供应商数据的准确性. Maintain vender information to be correct.
6. 收集、核对供应商的收款期限，及时做好付款工作Collecting, checking the supplier 's payment period, do the payment on time.
7. 参与处理与供应商的分歧中，例如：对账 .Participate in solving disagreements with venders
8. 每周检查与预算相符状况. A weekly review will be done to forecast and compare actual collections to targets
9. 固定资产的管理 Fixed asset management .
10. 及时、准确地在ERP中录入费用类科目，在月末进行预提和摊销
   Entry the cost acc in ERP timely and accurately，Accruing fees and sharing at the end of the month
11. 与金蝶对账 Reconciliation with Kingdee.
12. 其它日常事务 Other daily issues.

任职资格 Qualifications
教育水平：大学本科以上
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
专业：会计学专业
Professional: Major in accounting
培训经历：财务知识培训并持会计从业资格证书
Training: Finance knowledge training and has accountant's practice qualification certificates
工作经验：2年以上会计工作经验
Work Experience: Above 2 years accounting work experience
知识：国家税务制度知识
Knowledge: National tax systems knowledge
英语要求：书面英语良好
English Requirement: Good written communication skills in English
能力要求Capacity Requirement:
1. 熟练使用常用办公软件，熟悉Excel函数. Familiar with Office software, familiar with the Excel function .
2. 熟悉财务软件的运用. Familiar with the application of financial software.
3. 良好的组织协调能力，工作细心，责任心强. Good organization and coordination ability, careful, responsible
