职位描述：
Our CTO is an English speaker who doesn’t understand Chinese. The work tasks one need to accomplish are listed as follow:
1.Translates reports for technical issues, and administrative files for CTO
2.Translates daily meetings for CTO
3.Works as the bridge between the CTO and the company staff; collects information for technical and administrative issues, and keeps CTO updated
4.Follows up raised technical and administrative problems, confirms results and keeps CTO updated
5.Helps the CTO on daily arrangements

Requirements
1.Has at least a bachelor degree
2.Is fluent in English, including speaking, listening, reading and writing
3.Work experience is not required
