Purpose of Job:Develop the new tooling to meet the corporation's strategy,customers' requirements

Main Responsibilities Performance Indicators
Essential Function 1:
1. Be responsible for the injection tooling design, plastic part desgin "1, Finish the task on schedule with high quality: >90%
2,Drawing & design miss <5%"
2. Ensure the tooling solution is feasible,stable on schedule and optimal
3. Check vendors' tooling design
4 Draw the 3D Drawing and 2D Drawing of mechanical parts,tooling and file BOM of tooling and plastic parts
Essential Function 2:
1. Monitor the trial status, check the products function,appearance,tooling action, etc at tooling trial site Finish the task on schedule with high quality:>90%
2. Promptly report the project status to management
3. Communicate with the tooling vendor and control the tooling progress from initial stage
Essential Function 3:
1. Write the WI and SOP and keep them are always updated Finish the task on schedule with high quality:>90%
2. Planify the product/tooling validation protocol and validaiton report
3. Monitor and/or Execute validation of the product/tooling
Essential Function 4:
1. Give necessary support for production team and/or customer Finish the task on schedule with high quality:>90%
