Sales Operations is responsible for managing key sales ops processes which support the salesforce and enhance its productivity. Supports sales org by coordinating cross functional activities, managing and consolidating critical KPIs and developing and delivering metrics and ad hoc reports to senior decision makers to aid operational planning and execution.
The Sales Operations Analyst executes all aspects of operational support. Will be responsible for providing operational support to multiple senior sales leaders.
Major Responsibilities
1. Manage forecasts consolidation and analysis for operational and sales management.
2. Assist in revenue & budget planning process.
3. Analyze account coverage and territory plan.
4. Creates various reports and analysis according to business needs.
5. Coordinate with cross-functional team on quarterly order processing & revenue recognition process.
6. Provide insights of productivity enhancement and internal process optimization.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above, prefer major in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Management
2. Strong understanding of Advanced Microsoft Office Applications and analytical tools
3. Fluency in Japanese or Korean, Business English level.
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
