? Distributor management. Assist Sales Managers in managing MaxLinear’s channel partners. Develop region-specific, multi-lingual training material for distributors and ensure they are periodically trained on MaxLinear’s ordering and design registration processes. Ensure distributors are placing orders in accordance with MaxLinear’s forecast and their contractual inventory obligations.
? Forecasting support. Assist the Senior Business Operations Manager in administering the monthly forecast. Work collaboratively with China-based Sales Operations staff to monitor bookings and identify booking requirements.
? Reporting. Assist in developing and delivering reports and dashboards to increase MaxLinear leadership’s insight and awareness of sales activities. Take leadership in developing and delivering reports to improve effectiveness for China-based sales team, working with RSMs to identify and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Perform weekly backlog review process.·
? EMS customer support. Work closely with EMS customers in forecasting, order management and new product introduction. Objective is to keep MaxLinear the preferred solution vendor of EMS accounts across China.
? CRM implementation and training. Assist in the design and implementation of a Sales Force Automation and Analysis tool (CRM). Assist in the initial training of the sales force; take ownership and leadership of training users in China region; develop multi-lingual training material.
? CRM administration. Assist in ongoing administration and continual improvement of the CRM system. Use sales staff challenges as opportunities to improve the user experience. Make proactive recommendations and develop new or improved reports to ensure greater utility and user adoption.
? Coordinate local events and regional QBR.
