职位描述：
1、指导和协助各地供应商/采购专员完成供应商采集、甄选、价格谈判及评审工作；
2、灵活调配采购任务、合理选择供应商，并进行价格审核，达到有效控制采购成本；
3、高效完成采购中心日常采购管理工作以及指导、督促各地采购专员日常采购工作；
4、跟进并迅速解决供应商质量问题和意外事件；
5、完善供应商/采购管理体系（制度、流程、规范、培训、考核等），并督导落实；
6、根据部门发展需求完善培训课件及制定培训计划。

任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，3年以上供应商/采购管理经验；
2、具备良好的职业素养及商务谈判、沟通协调、分析判断能力；
3、具备较强的数据统筹分析能力和良好的成本控制观念；
4、具备定制和完善公司管理流程、制度规则、指标考核等能力；
5、工作积极主动，勇于承担挑战和责任，具备团队合作精神，能承担高负荷工作压力。 举报 分享
