Job Description:
Responsible for managing day to day operations and core functions of an operational site in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence.
1. Primary Responsibility
? Plan manufacturing team to support company goals and objectives.
? Lead operation and work with function team to achieve production output, cost and quality requirements.
? Do budget planning and control production expenses.
? Set target for manufacturing team and lead team to achieve goals.
? Maintain operational excellence and conduct Lean activity for saving.
2. Secondary Responsibility
? Lead engineers to solve technical issues on molding process and assembly process.
? Provide coaching and training to develop subordinates.
? Provide support while searching and developing new business opportunities with potential customers.
? Assist and coordinate new project activities between Project Managers and other Operational groups.
Job Requirements:
? University degree in Engineering.
? Minimum of 10 years professional experience in related position
? Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
? Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
? Experience in the manufacturing of plastic pats and assemblies.
? Familiar with Lean.
