职位描述：
岗位职责：
1负责公司行政人事制度、流程的推动、完善及落实。
2负责公司人员的招聘、选拔、聘用及配置、有效拓展招聘渠道。
3 负责公司员工的劳动合同变更、续签、终止、提前解除等 　　
4 协助公司专利申请办理，政府资助申请、跟进
5负责各部门绩效考核的监督、收集、统计
6组织策划、组织公司级会议，形成会议记录、纪要并管理
7负责外来文件收发、传递、处理和管理
8负责每周每月考勤统计，每周周报统计
9 完成上级交办的其它临时性工作

任职要求：
1大学专科以上学历，有三年以上相关工作经验;
2具有优秀的文字编辑功底、沟通领悟能力，判断决策能力强;
3工作细致认真，原则性强，有良好的执行力及职业素养;
4熟悉国家相关劳动法律、法规，熟悉人力资源管理工作流程和运作方式;
5人际关系良好，具备很强的责任岗和事业心;
6有强烈的责任感及敬业精神，能承受较大的工作压力;
7良好的计算机水平，熟练操作office办公软件;
