职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
1.Lead the Africa regions to achieve the assigned sales target and maintain good relationship with external distributors;
2.Directly supervise the country managers and monitor their management on sub-ordinate and personnel;
3.Develop strategies for business expansion in Africa and meet the sales target set up by HQ;
4.Coordinate product registration affairs for assigned region and achieve the permitted label in targeted countries;
5.Set up, liaise and maintain excellent relationship with the local governments, and related officials agent;
6.Review sales and marketing activity reports and other performance data (MGT, Inventory report , Bonus report, etc.) to measure goal achievement;
7.Planning and control of budget;
8.Recruit qualified staffs, provide proper trainings and manage their performance;
9. Responsible for Africa foreign affairs,including but not limited to formulate the principal of foreign affairs to branch offices, and manintain good relationship with foreigner;
10.Organizing and executing product quarantine inspection, including but not limited to formulate strategy and lead branch offices inspection.

Qualification:
1.Diploma degree or above;
2.Excellent in management and lead the operation team;
3.Excellent in Africa foreign affairs manintain;
4.At least 5 years relavant experience in Afric;.
5.Familiar with health product is plus;
