职位描述：
Job Description:
1. Voice of the customer for the Quality and Project Organization
2. Review and Evaluate Actions from Quality Engineering and CFT Team
3. Use and deploy Quality Templates from DMS System
4. Review and verify information from company system
5. Implement Customer Quality Requirements , Standards & Customer Reporting Structure
6. Implement Visual Inspection Requirements from customer ( Visual Standards )
7. Lead problem solving team and summarize issues by using company (when applicable )
8. Lead customer complaint handling
9. Lead and buy off OBA process
10. Lead and buy off RMA process
11. Buy Off PSO ( Process Sign Off Audit in FA Gate according to FPLC )
12. Buy Off Final Control Plan, PFMEA, Process Flow Chart
13. Buy Off PPAP ( when customer require )
14. Be the single point of escalation within sites for customer quality issues

任职要求：
Job Requirement:
1. Minimum of 2-year experience in electronics industry, preferably in either OEM or EMS environment in operational quality assurance / customer quality assurance or supplier quality assurance
2. Experience in Vendor Management
3. Experience in Visual Control Requirements for Molded parts / Assembled parts
4. Practical knowledge in Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) , NPI and 8D Problem Solving Methodology ( Fishbone, Ishikawa, 5 Why is a plus )
5. Practical knowledge in DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC acc. International quality standards (e. g. ISO, VDA, PSO, FMEA, SPC, MSA etc.)
6. Ability to overcome constraints and bottlenecks with a process minded approach
7. Good communication skill – persuasiveness and advocate, especially with customer
8. People development and coach to improve site Quality Management skills 举报 分享
