Responsibilities:

1. Clarity of engineering drawings, requirements and that all expectations are communicated to supporting suppliers.

2. To ensure a critical analysis in RFQ process, investigating the detailed work-breakdown cost structure submitted by supplier, interacting with the same supplier in order to understand the possible deviations from price benchmark for the related raw materials, components, operations, molds.

3. Use project capability, skills and tools to investigate alternate component technologies for reduced cost or improved quality and reliability and implements changes.

4. Review supplier's processes and identify improvement in processes and system at supplier location to improve quality, cost and flow of supplied materials throughput the entire supply chain.

5. Continuous involvement in the Supplier Selection Process to develop a supply base that provides competitive advantages in quality, value/cost, delivery and technology

6. Assist company team in quality problem resolutions, pushing supplier to provide on time solutions and corrective and preventive actions

7. Strong negotiation regarding price, payment conditions, delivery time and all other GPC according to Company policies

8. Continuous implementation of cost reduction and savings according to target fixed by Company on periodical base

Education and Qualification Requirements:

· Education and Experience: Minimum 3 year experience in sourcing, selection and suppliers evaluation; preferred previously experience in Cables or electronic product.

· Self-motivated, goal oriented, focus on customer requirements and needs, be prompt and re-active when requested to provide solutions for urgent cases and situations

· Ability to communicate in a professional and positive manner

· Proved capability to follow up RFQ and project kicked off

· Proved capacity to read mechanical drawings

· Strong capability in negotiation phase, contract manufacturing and in GPC (General Purchasing Conditions) management

· Demonstrate ability to work in TEAM and in a regulated environment

· Good English oral and written

· Ability to travel up to 50% of the time domestically
