职位描述：
Principle Tasks:
*Create and distribute supply PO based on FC4 and SAP, and get the supplier PO commitment.
*Follow up supplier forecast/PO fulfillment, monitor supplier on time delivery.
*Focus on order fulfillment & inventory control details; Reschedule purchase order as pull in, push out, cancellation &etc.
*Conduct in time supply escalating, identify supply/demand risks/constraints, lead and take actions to solve problems before significantly impact on supply chain.
*Support R&D purchasing, including Cross Company Purchase order and import/export.

Supplementary Tasks:
*Represent Purchasing on cross-functional teams, work collaboratively with internal department and provide valuable supporting.
*Support ERP system improvements by reporting of functional bug’s, defining improvement requests.
*Develop and maintain appropriate and productive supplier relationships.

*Global Supply Chain Management incl. Operational Purchasing, Outbound Logistics, Inbound Logisitics, Incoming inspection, S&OP Manager
*3PL
*R&D / NPI
*Accounting

Skills / Qualifications / Training / Experience:
*Bachelor degree or above, major in International Trading/Business Management Science or material management or equivalence.
*Strong business sense, Accountability, Self motivated, analytical with details, Patient.
*Excellent communication skills & oral English under cross-culture & high pressure
*Excellent MS-office skills
