职位描述
岗位职责：
1、根据公司战略发展规划，制定自营基地发展目标、年度经营计划及预算，并组织实施；
2、结合不同地区的市场情况，确定自营基地种植或经营范围。
3、组织建立自营基地各项管理制度包括基地行政管理、安全生产和技术、销售等相关管理制度并不断修改和完善；
4、建立健全自营基地管理的工作流程，操作规范并监督执行；
5、负责自营基地标准化基础建设和质量管理体系的建立。
6、负责协调自营基地与当地政府的关系。
岗位要求：
1、农业经济学、食品营养与科学、工商管理等相关专业本科以上学历，5年及以上相关工作经验；
2、具备良好的分析能力、计划与组织能力、沟通协调能力和应变能力；
3、知识面宽，知识结构较全面，具有丰富的行业经验及管理经验；
4、具有较高的综合素质，能够迅速掌握与公司自营基地业务有关的各种知识。
5、具备敬业奉献精神、坚韧的工作作风，抗挫能力强。
