岗位职责：
1、参与制定渠道策略和销售目标计划，负责单位会员客户和个人会员客户的开发；
2、挖掘客户需求，达成销售，完成公司业绩指标要求；
3、在上级的领导和监督下定期完成量化的工作要求，并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务；
4、及时汇总客户开发情况，统计销量，对问题进行总结分析并及时上报；
5、已有客户关系的维护，与客户建立良好的合作关系。
岗位要求：
1、具有教育学、市场营销、心理学、公关关系学等相关专业本科以上学历；
2、具有5年以上品牌公司/零售型企业VIP客户管理及VIP标准制定经验；
3、熟悉并掌握VIP维护的各种相关渠道，在管理VIP方面有独特的见解；
4、具备一定的公关活动组织能力，能有效策划、实施、反馈、总结各类VIP活动；
5、具有较强的客户服务理念、开拓意识，善于把握挖掘客户心理和需求爱好；
6、熟悉相关服务礼仪规范，较强的沟通及解决问题的能力，熟练使用PPT，可独立开发VIP培训课题。
7、个人具备亲和力的形象和气质；并有强烈的自我职业规划和目标。
