职位描述
岗位职责:
1、参与制定渠道策略和销售目标计划,负责单位会员客户和个人会员客户的开发;
2、挖掘客户需求,达成销售,完成公司业绩指标要求;
3、在上级的领导和监督下定期完成量化的工作要求,并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务;
4、及时汇总客户开发情况,统计销量,对问题进行总结分析并及时上报;
5、已有客户关系的维护,与客户建立良好的合作关系。
岗位要求:
1、具有教育学、市场营销、心理学、公关关系学等相关专业本科以上学历;
2、具有5年以上品牌公司/零售型企业VIP客户管理及VIP标准制定经验;
3、熟悉并掌握VIP维护的各种相关渠道,在管理VIP方面有独特的见解;
4、具备一定的公关活动组织能力,能有效策划、实施、反馈、总结各类VIP活动;
5、具有较强的客户服务理念、开拓意识,善于把握挖掘客户心理和需求爱好;
6、熟悉相关服务礼仪规范,较强的沟通及解决问题的能力,熟练使用PPT,可独立开发VIP培训课题。
7、个人具备亲和力的形象和气质;并有强烈的自我职业规划和目标。
