Position： IT Manager
Report to: FinanceDirector (SZ) & IT VP (US)
Location:ShenZhen

Job Summary and Mission:
This job contributes to success by work with mixed teams of business function department to ensure the business requirements has been addressed and translated into the IT solutions properly and timely delivery of IT solution. This role will serve as the senior technical resource and business partner to ensure that the company is properly positioned for future growth.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
The holder of this position will take the leading role in on-site IT support, daily IT infrastructure operations/maintenance as well as provide IT solution to support production efficiency improvement and cost reduction projects. Also he or/ she is responsible for promoting related IT continuous improvement projects and coaching his team for professional and efficient output to ensure smooth operation for business.
？ Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for working out SZ annual work and budget plan for IT dept. that’s in line with the company guideline; monitor and report on the overall productivity and efficiency of the organization's IT function to the management.
2. Take charge of on-site IT support and daily IT infrastructure operations/maintenance. Provide technical and project leadership on IT infrastructure design and implementation with support from DDS corporate IT
3. Cooperate with supplier for Hengjiu system (Production System) better utilization/improvement for essential business application support.
4. Oversees troubleshooting, system backups, archiving and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary. Works with project teams to help implement internal systems.
5. Work on information security compliance of application systems control.
6. Promote IT related projects for continuous improvement to improve work efficiency aswell as reducing costs.
7. Direct, control and motivate the staff of IT department by setting KPI for thesubordinates. Conduct training to the IT team as well as other departments for the using of related IT resources.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
? Strong program/project management skills to develop and deploy large-scale digital solutions for millions of users (planning, risk and issue management)
? Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to balance conflicting interests in a complex and fast-paced environment; Strong analytical, prioritization, and troubleshooting skills.
? Strong team leadership and ability to delegate responsibility to all levels of the project team and hold team accountable for deliverables.
? Ability to engage in senior level technology decision discussions related to business value and the end-to-end information technology lifecycle.
? Demonstrated passion about technology, have a strong interest in learning about and exploring the latest technologies.
? Good written and oral Mandarin/English communication skills are mandatory in this fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
? Be able to work under pressure

Educational Attainment:
Bachelor or above, major in computer science or related
Work Experience:
At least 5 years working experience in front of IT support at manufacturing area, plus min 1 year role in a management position
