职位描述：
1) 大专及以上学历，理工科相关专业，电子、计算机或通讯行业，手机行业优先；
2) 熟悉ISO9001、ISO14001、OHSAS18000、TL9000体系的相关运作流程；
3) 8年品质管理经验，3年以上品质体系团队管理经验，能进行质量体系的建立、推行、维护、改进、稽核及监督管理；
4) 具备客户服务经验，熟悉客户端情报收集，客户关系维护及满意度提升；
5) 熟悉制造企业运作流程及品质系统架构，有企业系统/流程整改或优化经验；
6) 具备内审员证书，具备外审员证书的优先，有Apple, 华为，三星，惠普等客户服务经验者优先。

岗位职责：
1) 团队的日常管理，成员的培训，指导，监督，确保质量KPI的达成；
2) 组织实施公司内部管理评审和质量体系的内审，应对客户审核及质量体系外审，并推动审核问题点的改善；
3) 进行质量体系的优化、维护、改进、稽核及监督管理, 确保质量管理流程和标准能够在企业得到贯彻和执行；
4) 负责质量管理体系文件的编制、修订、管理、发行、回收等；
5) 持续进行客户端及市场端信息的收集并提交相关报告，客户关系维护，提升客户满意度；
6) 客诉问题的快速处理，与内部团队沟通协调，确保改善方案的快速推行。 举报 分享
