工作职责：
Product 30%
？ Assure sustainable new product/process introduction
？ Key project quality end to end management
？ Coordinate FMEA and define control plans & acceptance criteria for new/key project
？ Identify and manage major non conformities including quality quarantine with QRQC
？ Consolidate company quality data (ie CCAR/NCR/SCAR/Wastage etc), drive for improvement

Process 30%
？ OTOP- quality module road map
？ Execute internal quality process audit plan,
？ Support customer visits and coordinate 3rd party audits,

 Promote quality awareness 30%
？ Provide & develop quality training
？ Collect & build quality know-how
？ Share best practice through
？ Develop quality tools and manage for quality knowledge/tools training

Build standard answers to support tender desks (including but not limit) 10%
？ Company quality presentation
？ Process control presentation
？ External communication

任职资格：
教育背景 Education Background
本科以上学历Bachelor degree or above

工作经验 Working Experience
3 年或以上质量及多团队合作项目管理经验,跨国公司经验者优先考虑
Over 3 years experience of quality project ( multi function cooperation) management experience, MNC is a plus.

专业知识 Professional Skills
Familiar with Quality tools,5S management, KAIZEN, 8D, QRQC
Knowledge with ISO 9001/TS16949 standard

语言能力 Language Ability
Fluent Chinese , Fluent oral & excellent written English
