职位描述：
1. Analyze failed products. Document and report failure statistics.
负责并跟进生产过程中出现的问题

2. Supervise repair team.
能熟练分析电子电路,懂得PCBA修理与产品可靠性分析验证

3. Compile and execute statistical data and analysis, work-cell production effectiveness and efficiency, production wastage
熟悉SMT生产工艺和电子产品组装生产工艺，能独立处理生产过程中出现品质、工艺等情况

4. Production tools and probe calibration and maintenance.
负责公司电子生产设备维修

5. Responsible for monitoring the first pass yield, the standard times and cycle times of work-cell production.
负责并跟进生产过程中的质量和提升生产效率能制定有效的改善方案，能开展工艺流程优化工作。

能力要求：

1. Excellent analytical and problem solving capabilities.
熟悉SMT生产工艺和电子产品组装生产工艺，能独立处理生产过程中出现品质、工艺等情况
2. Proficient knowledge in making Testing tools and jig.
产线相关组立及功能测试制具的制作及改良
3. Familiar with relevant international standards for electronics industry and appliance. (IPC, etc.)
熟知IPC标准和电子产品组装生产工艺
4. SW develop & maintenance(Language: VC or C++)
熟练使用VC or C++ 等软件
