招聘岗位1：集团投资项目总监
岗位职责：
l 负责投资项目信息收集及预筛选；
l 负责集团层面的投资项目开发和收并购，完成项目投资建议书和可行性评价报告（重点）；
l 负责投资项目的谈判、签约与项目实施，负责法律文件、政策报批工作，以及投资后跟踪管理等（重点）；
l 善于研究国内外宏观经济形势，能源行业发展趋势和竞争动态。
岗位要求：
l 8年以上产业项目投资经验 ，（在相关能源领域有深入的行业经验）具有国内外工程、金融、经济、法律或相关专业硕士学历，工程和MBA结合的背景优先考虑；
l 具有很强项目开拓和推动能力、良好的财务和投资分析、优越的沟通谈判能力，熟悉国家经济方面的法律法规、产业政策等相关知识；
l 拥有良好的中英文口头及书面表达能力，海外投资项目管理经验者优先考虑；
l 擅长或具有能源行业（重点：矿产、油气、电力、光伏等）投资项目管理经验；
l 35-45岁特别优秀者可适当放宽限制，个性成熟稳重，男性候选人。
