职位描述：
工作职责
1. 应收帐款的管理；款项催收/到款帐务的处理；
2. 维护客户关系，搜集客户信息；
3. 执行上级安排的其他工作；
4. 客户合同管理:包括合同制作/合同存档/正常续约/日常开户表申请/签约客户资料维护等事务；
5. 客户关系管理:包括日常沟通/临时交办事项处理/跨部门沟通/客户关系维护等事务；
6. 销售支持工作。
任职要求：
1. 有较好的沟通表达能力及服务意识；
2. 工作有条理，细致、认真、有责任心，办事严谨 ；
3. 熟练电脑操作及Office办公软件，熟悉photoshop；
4. 熟悉办公室行政管理知识及工作流程；
5. 具有1年及以上助理的工作经验者优先考虑。 举报 分享
