As a project engineer in our team, your main responsibilities involve:
作为项目工程师，主要职责：
- Project management
  项目管理
- Tooling follow up for plastic injection tools
  模具注塑流程跟踪
- Production follow up
  产品流程跟进

Core Responsibilities:
 岗位职责

- Project management
  项目管理
- Establishing of 2D&3D drawings, BOMs, Assembly instructions, etc…
  确立2D及3D 图纸，BOMS,装配说明等
- Review products drawings, provide suggestions for improvement
  审核产品图纸，并提出相应改善意见
- Establish tool concepts
  确立模具概念

- Review of DFM reports and tool drawings, suggestions for improvements
  审核DFM报告以及模具图纸，并提出改善意见
- Follow up tool manufacturing with suppliers
  跟进模具制造流程，与供应商及时沟通
- Tool trial follow up onsite
  模具试验过程现场跟进
- Come up with production solutions
  提出产品解决方案
- Follow up on secondary processes, such as electro-plating, painting, etc…
  跟进产品二次加工，例如模具电镀，涂装等
- Follow up of production after tooling phase, trouble shooting
  跟进后期的问题解决

Qualifications
职位要求
- Excellent technical understanding (Bachelor diploma in Mechanical/ Manufacturing Engineering)
  对工业技术知识丰富（要求机械/机械工程专业本科以上学历）
- Good knowledge with tooling in general, especially plastic injection molding
  对模具有系统了解，特别是熟悉注塑产品
- Knowledge of “Moldflow”-software preferable
  了解Moldflow软件者优先，
- Knowledge of “ProE”-software preferable
  了解ProE 软件者优先，
- Good knowledge in material properties and selection, and manufacturing processes
   熟悉材料特性及材料选择，熟悉制造流程
- At least 5-10 years of relevant working experience, gained in manufacturing industry
   至少5-10年制造业相关工作经验
- Motivated and innovative
  对工作积极，有创新精神
- Positive teamwork attitude and honesty
  积极的团队合作精神，诚信正直
- Good and proficient English skills in speaking, writing and reading (at least CET4)
  要求英语听说读写能力良好（CET4以上）
- Good knowledge in computer skills (Word, Excel, Microsoft Project Plan, etc…)
  良好的计算机操作能力（office, Microsoft Project Plan等）
- Excellent communication, coordination and management skills
  良好的协调，沟通以及管理能力
