MAIN DUTIES:

Project Management

Identify and develop a cost effective supply base according to company business & development needs.
Coordinate and work with the Engineering & Quality departments to ensure localization projects can be completed according to the specified timescales.
Ensure vendor's quotations are effective, correct and completed to the required timescales.


Supplier Chain Management

Drive and assist supplier on continuous improvement activities on site.
Establish & maintain "Best in class" vendor database to support the company strategy.
Identify and drive cost saving activities to achieve annual cost reduction targets.
Draft, sign and maintain the Purchasing Agreements with suppliers.
Build and maintain major supplier relationship as required.
Maintain & utilize the MRP systems correctly - 100% data accuracy is the requirement.
Align with R&D department to achieve cost savings and/or the improvements in product quality.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as requested by the Sourcing Manager.



Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree of engineering

2.Solid knowledge of mechanical parts, knowledge of PCBA, cable assembly and commercial parts

3.Familiar with MRP system, such as SAP or similar

4.Minimum 3 years experience in Sourcing Area.

5.Ability to read drawings, familiar such as fabrication, PCBA, cable assembly, etc.

6.Fluent oral & written English. (CET6 or equivalent)
7.Good skills of Microsoft office, especially Excel.

8.Strong Negotiation Skills.

9.Honest, fast learner, team player and logic thinker.
