职位描述：
1.Collecting overall requirement from ending-users (interior & external) as plan input for general facilities plan, and completing facilities layout plan and land purchasing, and furthermore, preparing follow-up land planning
2.Further grasping exact requirement from ending-users (interior & external) as design input, and completing all projects design, such as office, factory, warehouse, technical experiment ,power station, gas station, sewage disposal station, dormitory, canteen, entertainment center, and other complementary facilities.
3.Launching commercial process, and managing & coordinating commercial team to establish corresponding contracts, incl. open bidding, directional entrust, outsourcing, EMC and etc..
4.Managing/coordinating/arranging site team of client to supervise/control/manage all the contractors, in order to hand-over all the facilities to ending-users (interior & external) on time with expected quality.
5.Launching/coordinating/arranging outreach team to get all the necessary permitting/documents/support from local bureau and government according to the schedule, which has to match the production capability requirement
6.Grasping all the reasonable feedback/comments/advise from all depts., even government and customers (APPLE/BMW and etc.) on past facilities construction, as guidelines for follow-up construction, improving overall facilities plan/design, and meanwhile, trying my best to complete annual company energy saving target and cost saving target
7.Managing planning team, site team, commercial team to set up annual team target/personal target, and supervising/supporting them to achieve.
8.Supporting other depts. to achieve business target or match related laws/regulations/rules, such as EHS… 举报 分享
