职位描述：
Responsibilities
1. Evaluate product manufacture process, die-cut tool layout to be compliant with customer design
2. Estimate product cost, develop product BOM, routing
3. Manage customer product cost break down sheet
4. Identify cost impacts in different project development phases
5. Periodically review product cost, evaluate alternative materials, supplier, manufacturing process to hit cost improvement targets
6. Manage cost improvement project, lead cross functional team to meet project milestones, evaluate project risk, manage project schedule, re-evaluate product cost, prioritize project actions, report project progress and escalate issues
7. Maintain part information in ERP, including all elements related to manufacturing process
8. Analyze product actual and standard cost variance, identify ways to align with estimation
9. Accomplish tasks assigned from manager.

Capability Requirement
1.Experience on using Auto CAD for product design and analysis.
2.Experience of working in manufacturing plant.
3.Good knowledge in product cost structure.
4.Knowledge in project management, PMP certificate holder is a plus.
5.Good communication skill.
6.Can use English as work language, good in reading, speaking and writing.
