职位描述：
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
1. Review purchase requisitions, place purchase orders and follow up to meet the requirement to achieve target lead time.
2. Utilize Kanban, OPQ and planning tools of ERP to make the best purchase requisition decisions on a timely basis.
3. Update inventory value reports weekly and review/update Kanban quantity quarterly to monitor/maintain reasonable inventory level to achieve target of OTD.
4. Coordinate purchasing and inventory planning to make most effective use of inventory and freight.
5. Maintain ERP purchasing database on timely manner and export needed reports from ERP.
6. Support supplier partnerships to ensure quality and total cost effective levels of supply.
7. Obtain quotes and negotiate prices with emphasis on effective cost control.
8. Negotiate volume purchase agreements, supplier Kan Bans, blanket orders, and consignment inventory strategies.
9. Develop and measure delivery performance.
10. Audit suppliers periodically.
11. Work with other departments to resolve payment, pricing, delivery and quality opportunities.
12. Support/audit for ISO9001 Certification.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1. College degree with 3 years experiences in manufacturing environment
2. Good written and spoken English communication skills
3. Experience with supplier performance management is preferred.
4. Must possess the skills to effectively procure quality materials in a timely and cost efficient manner to meet the business demands and shipping budgets.
5. Must be able to effectively communicate with suppliers to get the best lead times.
6. Negotiation skills necessary.
7. Basic knowledge of lean, Kanban & project management
